• Please edit your paper by incorporating all reviewers' comments and use IEEE conference paper format. Please note that organizers reserve the right to hold or reject your paper, if you don't modify your paper accordingly.
• The final camera-ready paper submission must be limited to 6 pages, including figures and references.
• Papers must be written in clear, professional English.
• Submitted papers must present original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere.
• All papers are subject to plagiarism screening.
• It is strictly required to follow IEEE format and referencing style. The latest IEEE template could be found at

• The papers which do not follow IEEE template will not be accepted by IEEE Xplore and could not be published.
• Please DO NOT include page numbers in the final manuscript submission.
• The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom, left-hand side of the first page of the paper, according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding as follows:

• Follow the following instructions to prepare IEEE compliant PDF version of your accepted paper, this is compulsory for all accepted papers.

IEEE PDF Compliance (Mandatory)

All authors must generate an IEEE-compliance PDF using IEEE eXpress.

Select the New Users - Click Here link.
Enter the following:
• 69625X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. After preparing the camera-ready manuscript, please submit it login to your Easychair account. https://login.easychair.org/account/signin

In the submission system, please replace your original manuscript for review by the camera ready manuscript.

Copyright Transfer (Mandatory)

IEEE requires completion of the IEEE Electronics Copyright Form (cCF). All authors will receive an automated email from IEEE to complete the eCF. Papers without completed copyright transfer will not be published.

Presentation Requirement (No-Show Policy)

At least one author must register and present the paper at ICIPRoB 2026. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore.

In the submission system, please replace your original manuscript for review with the camera-ready manuscript. Important Notes

Acceptance of a paper does not guarantee inclusion in IEEE Xplore unless all IEEE requirements are met.
