ICIPRoB2026 presentations will be conducted in two types: oral presentations and
poster presentations. Please check the conference program to confirm your assigned
presentation type.
The guidelines for each presentation type are provided below:
Oral presentations:
- Authors must prepare their presentation materials in PowerPoint or a similar
program.
- Presenters can deliver their presentations on-site or online via Zoom. Please
note that only authors who requested the Online presentation by following the
acceptance letter will be eligible to give it in online mode.
- Zoom link will be sent to the authors who requested it, as well as to other
relevant participants.
- On-site presenters can use their own computers or computers provided at the
conference venue for their presentations.
- presentation is allotted a total of 12 minutes. (approximately 8 minutes
for the presentation + 4 minutes for questions & discussions).
- the presenters should appear online or on-site 10 minutes before the start of
the session in which they present.
- those who request online presentations, we'll play your presentation video
sent to us, following the instructions sent via email. You are requested to be
online for the Q&A session.
Poster Presentations (presenters must bring the posters):
1. Specifications & Setup
- Dimensions: A1 size is 594 mm width x 841 mm height (23.4 x 33.1 inches).
- Portrait (Vertical).
- Set your design software (PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator) to 300
DPI to ensure images print clearly without pixelation.
- Mounting Time: Please paste your poster on the board following paper ID
indication prior to the start of the poster session.
- Locate the board that is labelled with your Paper ID.
- Supplies: All tape needed to paste your posters will be provided at the
conference venue.
2. Layout Tips
- Because the format is portrait, the viewer's eye will naturally move from top to
bottom.
- Recommend Using 2 columns for the main body content.
- all logos and photos are high quality. Do not stretch small images;
they will look blurry when printed at A1 size.
