The registration fee covers the main conference, and all special sessions.
At least one author for each paper has to pay a full registration or student registration.
If one author paid the registration for a paper, the other co-authors can attend conference free of charge.
The attendees without submitting papers have to pay the registration fee as illustrated in the above list.
